Jackmillan Football Academy exists to develop skilled players and grounded young people, one season at a time.
Jackmillan Football Academy started in 2024 on a single borrowed pitch with 18 players and one coach. Today, we train more than 150 players across two full training grounds, with a coaching staff dedicated to technical development, physical conditioning, and personal growth.
Our founder, Nana yaw Asare, built the academy around a simple belief: that football is one of the most powerful tools for building character in young people — if it's taught with real structure and real care.
Structure and accountability, on the training ground and in the classroom.
We rise and fall together — no player is bigger than the badge.
Constant improvement, in small habits and big performances.
Doing the right thing, especially when nobody's watching.
A family that supports players long after they leave the academy.
To develop young footballers through quality training, strong values and opportunities to reach their full potential — both on the pitch and in life.
To be a leading football academy that produces skilled players and responsible leaders for the world, respected across the region and beyond.
